Pre-Surgical Screenings
Your ocular surface should be screened carefully prior to any ocular surgery such as: Lasik, PRK, Blepharoplasty, Cataract Surgery. Surgery can worsen mild dry eye symptoms.
This should include detailed images of your tears, cornea, eye lids, meibomian glands & early signs of inflammation. The ocular surface of your eyes is critical to the outcome of your surgery and how comfortable and happy you are with the results.
