We are currently in network with Traditional Medicare. 

We are in network with some other medical insurances but this varies by the plan.

Please contact the office so we may look up your specific plan regarding coverage.

If you have dry eye, diabetes, blepharitis, glaucoma, cataracts, or other medical diagnoses we can bill for some services. (Subject to deductibles and copays).

As a medically-based referral center, our focus is entirely on your ocular health. To ensure the highest level of personalized care, we do not sell eyewear.. If you are a previous patient of Dr. Leslie and need your prescription, please contact us.

Since Dr. Leslie is at multiple locations, please request and she will work to accommodate your schedule

Yes, we work with many eye doctors on a referral basis.  Our goal is to complement their care so you can continue that relationship.

A few in-office procedures can be billed to medical insurance. For advanced treatments, because they also have aesthetic benefits, insurance usually considers them cosmetic only.

This varies greatly on the severity of your condition and what insurance may help with.  

Examples:
Acute Stye:  $200-$300 with yearly maintenance of $100-$200
Mild Meibomian Gland Dysfunction: $150- $640 with yearly maintenance of $100-$300
Chronic Dry Eyes:  $300- $1800 with biannual maintenance of $200-$500

Due to the chronic nature of these conditions, we offer payment plans and memberships as well. 

This is very common if you work on a computer all day. We perform direct muscle stimulation to improve blink reflexes and lid closure.
